Make custom searchable database

    I need to create a searchable database of tartans, searchable by several different categories of keyword (tartan, family, colour base)

    Not so good at coding, so a plugin-based solution is preferable.

    Any ideas or pointers?

    Try out the “taxonomy picker” plugin. After loads of research I’ve found quality, compatible pLugins are slim on the ground for custom taxonomy searches. I’d pay for a premium plugin that offers this functionality no worries. Surprised, considering presumed need for same, that no one has developed a robust solution here:) A lot of themes have this level of taxonomy search functionality built in (woo themes/woo commerce for product searches for example) but there doesn’t seem to be too much in the way of plugins
