How can URLs be displayed with ?page=1 on the end?

    Let’s say I have a slideshow type site where the first page is titled:

    “10 ways to win at scrabble”

    And the URL is:
    domain.com/how-to/10-ways-to-win-at-scrabble/

    How can I get it so that page 2 becomes:
    domain.com/how-to/10-ways-to-win-at-scrabble?page=2

    Any ideas? I want the URL to remain the same, but the next 9 pages will be just have ?= on the end
