[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Use W3TC along with Renamed WP Folders

I have seen a previous thread about W3TC doesn’t support renamed WP folders which was 2 years ago.

Is there any growths in this matter? I still can’t use W3TC along with my renamed folders.

Is there any workaround solutions for this?
