Popup not showing up after installation and settings change

Hi..
I’ve installed the plugin but the Popup is not showing up.

At first it did but not anymore.

I did change the settings: pls see below to
Cookie lifetime in day(s) : ZERO Possible value : empty (one display per session), 0 (no cookie, display every times user visits the frontpage ), 1 to 365 (display the message one time every x days)

But it’s still not working.
