I’m just wondering if this is a possibility. Basically, our FTP is unstable/inconsistent and files are getting broken in half during uploads. We are looking at our network infrastructure, server setup, etc., however in the meantime I need to figure out a good way to get themes and plug-ins to have all the files necessary uploaded completely/fully.

I want to know if there’s a way to refresh/reload/reinstall the plug-in from the WordPress online repository and avoid having to figure out which files are broken and manually replace them. Obviously this won’t work for premium plug-ins and themes.

    Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks!

EDIT: I guess maybe just deleting the plug-in and reinstalling it through the Plug-Ins Page?

Your edit would be the correct way to do it.

    Get your network stable though!

    Thanks Andrew!

You have no idea how much I agree with your statement! Haha.
