    Hi,
I am using widgets for my sitebar, also the (default) ‘meta’ widget.
Now I only want this meta-widget in my site-bar for the logon/logoff option and for the link to the dashboard.

Can anyone tell me where I should hack the code of this metawidget, so that I can disable the RSS lines in the sidebar?

    Thanks in advance.

Instead of hacking core files, just use a Text widget instead. Make your links in the text widget manually (using a href type links) and they’ll show up.

    Thanks for the tip.
I already did something simular. I put the logon/logoff link and the dashboard link into the links widget and disabled the meta widget.
