Having trouble with stats counter

I use jetpack and I’m having trouble with my stats counter. I will get messages that I have an additional subscriber, but it won’t show up when I look on my stats page. I also want to add twitter followers to my stat count like is available on wordpress.com is there a plugin for that? My blog is http://searchingforthehappiness.com
