I don’t know when this started happening, but I’m using Theme-My-Login 6.3.2 and I just created a Password Protected Page. Neither a “logged in” visitor NOR a “logged out” visitor can see a password protected page because after entering the password the site automatically gets redirected to “your-profile” for logged-in users and to “log-in” page for logged-out users.

If Theme-My-login is Disabled it works fine and password protected pages are accessible again. This is a BUG, can this be fixed urgently?

    Thanks.

If you would like to see this on my site, I can send you a login…

with Themed Profiles enabled, protected page goes to Profile
with Themed Profiles disabled, protected page goes to Login (Dashboard, etc.)
    disabling AJAX makes no difference

@leejosepho, can you post a link to a test page [Encouragement to post credentials here moderated] @jfarthing84 can also see this problem happening. It seems that this happens with certain combination of settings only. Thanks.

PS….On my site enabling the option to “Restrict Admin Access” for subscribers causes bad request and an sometimes inaccessible site.

I have already reverted back to the earlier version as Jeff has mentioned here…

…but if he asks, I will gladly re-install the newer version at my sandbox site for him to take a look. Personally, I suspect he will have this resolved before long at all.

It’s hard for me to resolve when it works right for me. Reinstall and send credentials here.

    Reinstall and send credentials…

All set for you, Jeff, and I will send the credentials in just a moment.

With Themed Profiles disabled, protected page goes to Login (Dashboard, etc.)

I will let you try it with Themed Profiles enabled, and the site is yours for as long as you need it here.

    The login info doesn’t work.

Please accept my apology: I had meant to change a password for a Developer, and now your login info is back to what I had first sent to you.

I have found the issue and it will be resolved for 6.3.3. I believe this same issue may have caused some of the problems other users were having.

Anyway, the fix is currently applied on your site.
