Plugin not properly as a sidebar widget

Hi,

Your tool is great 🙂 But have an issue with this plugin..

I have installed this plugin on one of my website http://kaamkikhabar.com
But as you can see from the site it is not working properly, it is making the underneath title to work as an anchor tag as well.

I am not able to find any solution..

Please help and let me know why is it working like this??
