    I changed the theme to Responsive. It was in the Forever Theme before but when I tried changing it back to Forever theme, I received this error message:

    Warning: require_once(inc/custom-header.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/gracetoledo.com/wp-content/themes/Forever WordPress Theme/functions.php on line 612

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘inc/custom-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/gracetoledo.com/wp-content/themes/Forever WordPress Theme/functions.php on line 612

    Also, I am no longer able to log in to my WP account.

    I’m guessing you did not back up your site before you did this? If not, you may just want to give you hosting provider a call and see if they have backups. Typically they do.

    Also, if you have FTP access you may be able to dump in the templates that are spitting out the errors. The errors above look like your functions.php file within you forever theme is messed up. So download the theme from where you bought it and reinstall that template via ftp if possible.

    FYI, your username to your hosting account is in that error message. I would replace it with XXXXXX.
