how to play music throughout the site

    I have an mp3 that i want to play throughout the site even when people switches pages. Where should I embed the code in?

    I was thinking to use code like this:
    <EMBED SRC=”http://NameOfFile.mp3&#8243; AUTOSTART=TRUE LOOP=TRUE WIDTH=0 HEIGHT=0 ALIGN=”CENTER”>

    Please advise!
