    That’s a template thing, not a plugin.

    Let me clarify… that’s usually done in the templates. However, a plugin could do that too.

    Take a look through some popular wordpress template sites and eventually you’ll come across several templates that have that date graphic thing.

    I haven’t been able to find a plugin. Somebody should develop one. I’m having a new custom template designed. I’ll ask my webmaster about it.
