Can "Ready to be" theme used with woocommerce.

I downloaded a theme called ready to be by ready ecommrece plugin. I want it to use it with woocommerce.
Also can anyone of you tell me good theme tutorial for drupal. Something that explains me the whole structure of themeing, rather that that which explains themeing from scratch. I need a tutorial that explain how to edit a theme, create widget regions, and columns etc.
I am a book publisher and looking for one such theme (free)
