changing wordpress url from wordpress.com to url without tag

i currently have a wordpress site http://synapseartscience.wordpress.com/…but i would like to have the wordpress.com tag removed and keep the content the same…i have the domain name for synapseartscience hosted by hostaway….how do i go about making this change?
