New version of UpdratfPlus plugin is able to restore fiels from your computer

    Dear David

    Hi. It is a great news to hear that the new release of this plugin is available online. After de-installing the previous version and replacing it with the new one- “updraftplus.1.5.5.zip”- in the setting window I understood that very helpful options have added to “Restore” command but it was also noticeable that the whole setting window of the previous version was disappeared and only two options exist on this new one (backup and restore) while “backup now” button is not working at all.

    Sorry to hear that… I had better delay releasing that to everyone, which I was doing today.

    I’ve not had that problem. Please can you tell me which web browser you are using (and version), and what version of WordPress you are using.

    It would be quickest if you were willing to email me login details for your WordPress site – if you are willing, then please send them to david@updraftplus.com. If not, then please let me know what errors are showing in your browser’s Javascript console.

    I found the problem – I used a function that was not available in older versions of PHP.

    Please de-install, then re-install from:
    http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.zip

    Dear David

    It works nice. However, I’ve not tested it during performance (uploading backup files from previous installed UpdraftPlus). I hope it will do that perfectly too. This is a magnificent plugin.
