    Hello,

I was editing my page today and suddenly the dashboard changes. The fields on SLIDERS has resized and I can’t add any image at all. It happens the same on the rest of the editor fields… I deactivated and re-activated all the plug ins without any positive results…

I’m stuck because of this, can anybody please help?

    Thanks!

    I’d try another browser.

I recall I had some problem with managing an admin panel. I found a workaround by adding another admin and logging in. Check it out too.

Does your front end work fine? Can we view your site’s URL?

Yes, the front end it’s fine, you can check it out on http://www.hellodebrain.com/parkerred.

I’m going to try what you recommend, let’s see… I’m stucked!

    Thanks a lot!

I understand, it’s just that I’m stuck and I need to finish this page asap.

I was editing the page and suddenly all this happens, I tried all the recommendations I’ve found on forums, etc and nothing happens, so. I’m not frustrated I’m worried 🙁

What I found so far that your server is still on Apache 1.3.42, which is old considering its end of life (no support or upgrades) by Apache.

In other words, it’s simply unwise to host your site there. It’s just inviting hackers to get on your system.

Does your host have a decent support?

Address your problem and my finding about obsolete Apache to them.

Did you try to add a youtube video? Because apparently this is causing a problem, as a result some javascript queries seem to crash.

“Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://www.hellodebrain.com/parkerred/ from frame with URL http://www.youtube.com/embed/IZCtoscZRmE?rel=0&wmode=transparent. Domains, protocols and ports must match.”

Go back to the page you were editing and try and delete the part were the youtube video is inserted. Or retrieve one of the past revision versions of this page.

Ok, Thanks a lot!! I’m going to delete the video, let’s see. I’m not in the position to change the server because it’s belongs to my client, so, let’s try to delete the video first.

Thanks a lot Bottlenech and Sandra I!!

    I’ll keep you both updated,

    Hello again,

I deleted the youtube video and deactivated the video plug in and nothing changes.

    Any other suggestion?

I really appreciate your time and support.
