Adding a "Recipient's Name" field to the petition

    Kreg,

    I really love your plugin.

    A nice feature on the wish-list would be to add a “Recipient’s Name” field to the petition. This could be displayed on the form, just above the message, as well as used as a variable in the Success Message, something like “<p>Your signature has been added and your message sent to %recipient_name%.</p>”

    Another nice option would be an optional footer text to be added at the bottom of every messages, for example for a short sentence encapsulating the ideals guiding the petition’s sponsor.
