Blog site running slow

My Blog site for posting articles is running really slowly http://sharemyarticle.com/

How can i increase the speed? i have installed a few plugins one yesterday which was the google analytics and facebook like and send plugin. I have also recently added a ppc ad on the right side of the site that was from the http://www.adhitz.com website.

The site is only 2 months old and has been working fine until 3 days ago.

Are there any plugins that i can install to increase the speed?
