Activity button upload missing and lot of styling gone mad

    Hi, i am a big fan of your work and by far you are ones that are trying to create a good plugin for buddypress.

    Hoping that you are open in helping and learning from users feedback, here is what is going on on my website.

    The new button to upload media from activity, missing.

    On the album page, the upload in front of the albums is not centered, does not fit in that square.

    The thumbnails on the profile / albums are not that square :)))

    Special fonts (latin extended) do not show…

    i can create a test user to test this on my site.

    Hi,

    The activity uploader is disabled by default, since it is very theme dependant. You’d need to enable it in the settings.

    The styling issues will start ironing out, now that we are more sure of BuddyPress 1.7. We have started implementing UI changes.

    Hi,

    All the issues on the site are theme dependant and can be fixed with some css.

    It is not practically possible for us to provide support for every theme. This is the reason why we waited till BuddyPress 1.7 started shaping up, to roll out these features.

    Please contact your theme developer or wait for BuddyPress 1.7 when these issues will iron out.

    Finally, as for extra character sets; this will take some time. We’re focussing on releasing all the features, asap and then come back and handle fringe cases. Could you log this issue on GitHub here: http://github.com/rtCamp/buddypress-media/issues/ so you’d know the progress, as we approach this.
