Adding Images in Posts but Title box is still Empty

    Hi,
    I don’t know its a bug or what, but its annoying.
    Every time I Upload an Image using “Add Media” button, I fill out all details of that image like, Title, Alt, Caption and Description and insert that image into post. After it is inserted, it has no Title text with it. When I try editing the image I see that Title is empty.
    I need to enter Title every twice in every image.

    I need help with this.
