How do I make one blog appear on two sites?

I have two wordpress sites. On one of them I have a blog. We’ll call this site TYL. I would like to have the blog also show up as a tab in the navigation on the second site. We’ll call this site ALT. That’s how I currently have it set-up. The problem is that if anyone clicks on the tab it takes them away from ALT to TYL. Is there a way to have everything in the blog show up on ALT (maybe as an iframe of some kind) so that the visitor stays on ALT? I don’t want to have to post everything twice on both sites.
