date format in column

Hello,
Thanks for great plugin! I have only one question: how change date format in column (there I have date like this: 28 July 2013 12:00)
I want have: 28-07-2013, 12:00 or 28 lipiec 2013, 12:00 – in Polish 🙂

Please for any tips,
