    I checked http://hipscar.com/fr/ and I see the WP Float text you are using with was translated to French “promo de mars…”. Are you still having issues?

    Thanks for your response. Actually I did not find a way to translate it but I used an alternative way with the plugin “Widget Logic”. Thus it allowed me to display a French version of WP Float on the French version of the site and an english version of WP Float on the english version of the site 🙂
