Plugin for robots.txt blocked URL

    My root directory / have been blocked mistakenly using robots.txt
    Disallow: /
    It results in lost of many Important URL’s.
    I am using the fetch option to reindex the stuff.I just need to know a plugin or a method to get the list of all blocked URL’s.
