    any body know of a plugin which orders my posts by date and applies a previous / random / next buttons to each single post page

    Most themes do that out of the box without needing a plugin.
    If you install TwentyTwelve and click on a single post, you will see a link to the previous post at the bottom.
    Posts are normally displayed by date with the most recent at the top.
