Chrome user getting mobile site

    Im using this plugin with WP total cache, and it normally works just fine. Certain chrome users seem to get the mobile version still though, does anyone know why? This is the user agent of one person that gets the mobile site using chrome:
    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/25.0.1364.172 Safari/537.22

    and yet when i use chrome on my computer with this user agent I get the full version every time
    Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_3) AppleWebKit/537.31 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/26.0.1410.33 Safari/537.31
