First I’d recommend deactivating all other plug-ins and switching to TwentyTweleve theme temporarily to see there is or isn’t a plug-in/theme conflict. If there is, its usually easily resolved, but it helps to know where to look!
Does everything else seem to function correctly? Which pages are affected? Just the event’s page? Or the venue/category pages too? (Note these last two don’t always ‘look right’ with every theme, which is easily resolved, but they should still function).

Thank you for your prompt response. My website is well established and switching to twenty twelve isn’t an option.
You can take a look. I have filled in venue, date – everything butthis is all that shows.

At a guess there are two possibilities:
– Theme has its own event template that is using (single-event.php) – this is unlikely.
– A plug-in or theme is removing (probably accidently) EO’s the_content callback (which prepends event details before the main content of the event when an event template is not found). If you’re unable to determine which plug-in (or if its the theme) then you’ll need to provide your own event template.
