Hosting with webhostinghub or bluehost

Both have good plans for shared web hostings right now. webhostinghub also has a 3 month money back guarantee and bluehost has a prorated refund which they never had before.

I’m been on may blogs seeing mixed reviews for both sides. More on the positive but some negative as far as speed.

So as of today which would you guys recommend. I know bluehost is advertised here but please honest opinions. I’m kind of hesitant for both because neither of them had refunds in the past, just now. And from what I’ve heard bluehost got bought out from a bigger name so thats what all the bad reviews are coming from. Thanks.
