Missing results in Total Results bar graphs

I’ve created a survey with Likert Matrix questions. All questions are required, so for sure there are none skipped when people answer them. Yet some of the results are shown as 0, even though there are indeed answers when you check the Individual Results.

Has this happened to anyone else?
