help with comments on index page

    Hello,

    Im wondering how i can modify my index.php template under wp-content/themdes/default/index.php

    So that after each post (i show the most recent 3 posts on the homepage) below the post the submit comment for box is displayed.

    Is there a mod for this, or a setting in WP that im missing???
