With so little information, hard to even guess – what theme are you using? A link to the page on your site where the comments are not showing up would also be relevant. Have you cleared your browser cache and/or tried another browser or computer?
I logged in my Dashboard from my phone and I could see the comment, which was waiting for approval. I approved it from my phone and went back on my computer to check, if it had appeared. It hadn’t, nor in the article, nor on Dashboard -> Comments but I can see the comment on my phone I even replied from my phone but can’t see any of these comments on my computer’s dashboard. It sounds weird and I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. Would appreciate, if anyone helps. Thank you.
Sounds like your site may have caching enabled?

What other page were you expecting comments? Can you send a screenshot from the backend of that page / post?

I can see them on my PC but nobody else can.
About comments is exactly the opposite, people can see the comments but I can’t
