Perhaps I have missed this setting, but I really only want the links to appear on single post pages. Is there currently a way to do this? Or can I add a filter to my theme’s function file that would support this?

You can do it using the “synved_social_button_list_markup” filter and some code but you need to know PHP for that.

I will add this option in a later release as it was actually already planned but forgotten.
