No URL option when posting comments

You can control the comment form fields by hooking the filter ‘comment_form_default_fields’. Your filter function is passed an array of the current field’s html. You can add your own or unset or modify any of the existing ones.

If you do add a field, you also need to hook the action ‘pre_comment_on_post’ to process the field contents.
