If you’re looking at the main edit screen for your custom post type in the admin, you should see a dropdown at the top of the screen that will allow you to filter your posts by your CPT-onomies. However, the CPT-onomy’s column must be visible in the posts table.

If you do not see the dropdown and column, click “Screen Options” at the top right of your page and make sure the CPT-onomy is checked.

Also, if your CPT-onomy column is visible, and your posts have been assigned CPT-onomy terms, the column will list out the terms which, if clicked, provides another way to filter your posts.
