Redirection with anchor tags

I have URLs with Anchor tags in them, and I want to redirect each anchor to a new page.

For example:
/home#section1 would redirect to /section1/
and
/home#introduction would redirect to /welcome/

When I use anchor tags, it doesn’t redirect
