how to upload it?

    I am trying to download the free version of this. I suck at computers and putting up an e-commerce store seems impossible. This theme seemed nice and simple so I thought I would try it. However, as is typical for my luck, I hit a snag immediately.

    I downloaded it and then tried to upload it to my plugins but it fails. i get the message The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    why cant it be found? and what do i do to fix it? any help would be appreciated

    Are you trying to install a theme or plugin? You mentioned a theme but then that you tried to upload to plugins…that won’t work. If a theme, what theme? Have you read this:

    i may have used the wrong words. sorry. i have a site already with a theme. i was just trying to add a store to it. i tried a different one, but it was very hard. i came across this and it seemed like it would work well.

    i downloaded it, went to my plugins page and tried to upload it to my site. thats when i get the message

    Was this an ecommerce plugin? If so, you need to identify what plugin you were trying to use and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    lol, i thought i was. it was for mystile. i will try to get there again. thanks
