Homepage/Media Gallery Disabled

Multiple parts on the homepage of my site (http://www.blaremagazine.com) and the layout of my dashboard along with media gallery options are missing or disabled. I’ve tried following general steps – disabling plugins, changing to the basic themes, clearing caches – but firebug depicts it as a javascript error for every issue.

Does anyone know a solution? The WordPress site is updated daily and with several important projects taking place over the course over the next few days, it would be great to resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks!
