Gallery/Employee page Vocabulary?

Hi. I’m working on a site that has an employee page. A 3 column grid with employee names and pictures. If you click on the employee picture, it goes to a page that includes a bio and other information about them. I assume I need to use a gallery for the main employee page. I guess the bio would open up to an attachment page. How can I put extra information on the employee bio?
