Plugin makes dashboard > post display is difficult to use

Is there any way to delete the Meta Description column and perhaps the other SEO columns from the WordPress dashboard post display. It ruins the display by making each column extremely tall and narrow.
Aha! I found that the columns can be turned of in screen options. Sorry for the bother.
