    Hi John,

Thanks for the great plugin! I was hoping that you could advise me as to how I might be able to have my custom favicon appear while ‘Coming Soon Mode is Active’…

I tried manually entering the favicon code to my header.php file and when that failed to work I installed the plugin “All in one favicon”, which only displays my custom favicon within the editor itself and is only visible on pages while I’m logged in.

My custom favicon is never visible on preview screens of the coming soon page and currently, as you can see here: http://www.onceuponawish.com the generic wordpress favicon is still showing up.

Is there any way to have it display while your plugin is active?

    Thanks John,
    Ryan

    Hi Rjhodges,

Both of the have to be manually entered on the template at /trunk/inc/template/template-coming-soon.php

I will say the pro version has this built in and also has a way to change the html and css in an upgrade safe way.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Thanks

Ah, perfect – I found it and was able to insert the necessary code without a hitch – thanks a lot for the prompt reply John.
