Converting everything, not just the category selected

    I select a specific category to convert from posts to pages yet it converts every posts no matter what category it is in. Am I doing something wrong?

    Selecting from post to page, then selecting limit posts to category and selecting my category in drop down. Then I click convert and it convert every single post in all categories.

    Do I need to select the category again in Assign custom taxonomy terms?

    No, that section is for assigning new terms to the converted posts. You’re doing everything right. I had just noticed a few days ago that there’s a problem with assigning new terms, so I’m going to look at all the category functions and see what’s up.

    I’m converting costom posts from selected custom categories in one custom post type to another custom post type. Tried it a few different ways and it converts either all, or none.
