  • Hi,

    It’s still not possible to use the plugin in multilingual sites. It’s nice to enter the custom email text now, that for sure.

    But it also brought new problems:

    1. If you change the custom text, you can’t use the variable anymore cause it will be placed automatically and always at the end of the message.
    2. If you enter your own text, you can not enter a whitespace at the end (even if you do, it will be removed). So it’s looks not really professional.
    3. In the emails there will be brackets displayed “()” where is this coming from?

    As work around for 2. I used    at the end of my text to get my white space but this might cause the problem 3. (not sure, but looks strange to have those brackets there).

    Anyone else experience the same problem or has some solutions?

  • I’m using Shipping Details Pro from Patsatech (code canyon).
    Support 5 Tracking Number Per Order, and the best, Displays Latest delivery status on your site, but of course it is a $28 plugin :d
    I have a Premium account on AfterShip, but i’m thinking about stopping it because sometimes notifications doesn’t works and most important, translation are not totally possible. for exemple, date and hours are always in english, #Order too.

    So bad, this idea is a good one, but it is not finish.

    Same problem of brackets ()
    Any solution ?

    I´m also searching for a solution to the bracket-problem :-/

    I think we can wait here forever for a solution. Looks like the developers don’t care and only touch topics which they can easy resolve. I have no clue. It’s just funny that I received a mail from them asking to rate the plug and service. I think I’m going to rate now to express my frustration about the zero communication from their side.

    Yes exactly that one, I left my 2/5 rating already. But I also assume no one from them will ever read it ;-(
