Exclude Visitor Counter from caching

Hi,
First of all thanks for this great plugin, it’s really improving the loading time of my website. But the issue i’m having is that in the my front page, i have a visitor counter so anyone can see how much visits the site has, but since i activated W3TC, the counter no longer changed. When i checked in my admin panel, it seemed to keep moving, but not on my main page. I suppose that it is due to W3TC. So is there a way to fix that ?
