Problems with NAV menus on 3.5.1 update

    Hi there,
    I have just update to 3.5.1 from 3.4.2 and my nav-menu is gone.
    I decided to go manually (download and just overwrite the wp-admin, wp-includes and the root file) with the same result.
    I thought that updates didn’t change anything on my custom theme…
    Does anyone have any ideas on where should I look???

    There are some big changes in 3.5. Is the theme built by you, or from another developer? It may just need to be updated. A link to your site may be helpful so it can be examined.

    Hi Prometeus Fire,
    Thanks for you answer. The theme is custom build by an agency.
    It is called by <nav id=”main-nav”>. The website is http://www.ausa.com and you will see that there is an small menu on top and a big underneath that says “HOME PRODUCTS AGRICULTURE …”
    what do you think…
