    Thanks for the feedback.

We were not aware of the difficulty and will check into this and make a mew release.

    Much appreciated.

Okay I spent most of the day today working on this issue.

Downloaded Chrome, Safari and Opera to test.

First the system does work fine with IE and Firefox as initially stated and tested.

As it turns out though Chrome, Safari and Opera all have the API’s disabled for direct access to these internal functions and our bookmark buttons did nothing at all in these browsers.

Actually Opera does allow bookmarking and actually did work and saved the bookmarks but it would not bring up the expected entry screen which made it appear to do nothing when the button was clicked.

As an initial fix I have altered our bookmarking code so users of these browsers will see an alert telling them how to bookmark your page.

Not the desired solution but does give the the user more than a dead button and still gets the result intended. IE. They are encouraged to bookmark while they otherwise may not have even thought of it.

This fix will go live with our next release in a few days and a better solution sought as time allows.

Thank you again for pointing this out to us.

    Take care

@billyinhudsonfl me too but chrome won’t let us do that, seems to be a security measure.
