Multisite and different domains names

Hi,
is there a way how to achieve the result, that for each site from my multisite I will have a unique domain?
I have to create a multisite (sub-folders structure) to be able to broadcast posts for all sites.
But I need to look each of these sites as independent site (so for the need of unique domain name).
I there a possibility? I know that there is a plugin multiple domain that can overwrite this one, but will it works on sub-folders or do I need the subdomains?
