How to Embed code to showup nonclickable another site into my post

Hello everyone

Please anybody there to tell me how i can develop a code to include in my post selected portion of another website via any frame that will not take me out of that embedded website page through click or navigation within that frame.

I want to make my own link like that. Please i do not have knowledge about html even. please tell me clearly how i can do this step by step or refer me to use any plugin instead.
