for those interested, there are a couple bugfixes in the current version:
    * slashes in the subject line were not properly stripped
    * ampersands in the body screwed everything up.

hey, I was just trying this out, because it’s an awesome idea!, I think I followed the instructions from the webpage, but when i activate legacy-hacks.php (which only contains your hack, since I dont use any others currently), it spits out the contents of the legacy-hacks in plain text in the header of the page. I’m running wp 1.21 and just put the latest version of Kubrick in there (I think this could be the cause of my problems). Cheers if you can advise me where I’m going wrong.

hmm, this is usually caused by your server not having php installed, or .php files properly defined as being handled by php.
make sure that the first line in the legacy-hacks.php file is <?php, and not whitespace or anything else.
i think this is a problem with your server, since others have been using the newer releases without problems (like myself). let me know if you need more help.

wtf, is this spam on the support forum? 😛

I have upgraded to WordPress 1.5.1.2, and now for some reason the myspace-wordpress automatic blog poster has quit working. Does anyone know anything about this?

I wrote a plugin to cross post to MySpace using some (read:most) of the code above, but I converted it to plugin form.
As of current it will not re-edit the post if you edit yours (infact, it posts it again, lol) but it works.
I am thinking about making writing code to allow rediting, but like I said, as of right now it will only cross-post.

You can find it at http://thenullpointer.net/wordpress/scripts/myspacepress
