• A couple of days ago I went to update the plugins on my blog. Not thinking, I shut my computer in the middle of the upgrade. Since then, all I get is this-http://www.pilotingthezoo.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F when I try to access my blog. I have tried to log in from my wordpress dashboard, typing it in, etc and nothing. It is through bluehost. thank you

connect by FTP & ensure you have the option to view hidden files, then look for & delete the file called “.maintenance” in the root of the site’s web folder

File Transfer protocol, a way to view & manage your files using a client application such as FileZilla. http://filezilla-project.org/

Alternatively your hosting control panel ay have a file management tool you could se to perform the same task.

If you are uncomfortable with doing this, you could open a ticket with your hosting company & request that they look for & remove the .maintenance file
