Wrong thumbnail

    Hi

    Given up searching this forum for my answer.

    When i post to FB, the post is fixed with one thumbnail, no alternative option.
    I always have a picture at the top of my posts, and then a video later on. Why does it always pick the video as a thumbnail, even if i choose the picture as a thumbnail, with no option to choose another?

    Is it fixable, and how???

    I’m having the same problem. And it’s picking up strange images such as pay buttons, and advertisers images.

    SFC looks first for images set as the thumbnail (note, not videos, images), and then it looks for images in the post content itself. If, for whatever reason, it can’t find any images that are usable, then it leaves it blank and lets FB decide that fact. FB is pretty bad at that, and will generally choose the largest image on the page.

    Without a specific URL to look at, there’s no good way to help debug thia.
